This guide explains how to shop with eBay.com and submit an order through to ShoppingUSA.co.uk
PLEASE READ THE FULL GUIDE BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES!
To use ebay you will need to make sure that you use ebay.com not ebay.co.uk. if you use ebay.co.uk you wont get the option of having a US address, on the US site you can still have a UK billing address.
Set up your eBay.com. This is different and separate from your UK account. Please note that the correct format for the phone number should be 44 (no 07) and then continue. (e.g. +447864474903)
Set up your profile as yourself, including your own name and your billing details. We would advise using PayPal for purchases as they offer a PayPal guarantee.
Please check with your bank regarding hidden fees when buying in another currency before purchasing. We would recommend using a Monzo card.
Edit your shipping address to be the following:
Matthew Myers c/o your name

NOTE: MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING NAME IS MATTHEW MYERS, NOT YOUR OWN NAME!
Bid as normal as you would with any auctioning website. Please read the eBays guide to buying that can be found here if you are not familiar with the site.
Once you have confirmation that the order has been shipped from the eBay seller you can track your order in the summary section of your eBay account.
Please fill out a direct order form on the Shopping USA website and ensure your paypal receipt/invoice is attached.
Shopping USA will invoice you for the import vat and duty which is dictated by the value of your item and the postage. Once you have paid the invoice Shopping USA will post out your order.
When you can track the shipment, you can follow the progress yourself. Shopping USA ship over every 2 weeks as a minimum and you can follow the tracking on your shopping USA account to see where items are up to.
